Thinking I was getting a flat tire due to a continuous low tire pressure light, I first stopped at Wal-Mart in Benton where I was told the wait would be an hour and a half before it could even be assessed. They told me that there weren't any other tire places nearby except for the Wal-Mart in Bryant. I checked Google maps and found Williams Tire & Service so I drove there. I was greeted by a very friendly employee who said it could be looked at very shortly. Within 20 minutes my tire was repaired (nail stuck in it) and I was on my way. Based on how quickly I was seen and their excellent customer service, I'll definitely be returning when it's time to buy a new set of tires.
Arvin and Bobby both are great guys. So is the whole crew over there. Done business with them for several years and no disappointments at all.
From out of town and needed tires rotated. These folks answered the phone, pricing and timing right up front. Service was impeccable. My local relatives will be patronizing this operation. Wish I had this kind of service and hospitality where I'm from! Thanks guys...
