We were traveling from Illinois when our tire went low. There was a nail in the tire. An elder man got us taken care of immediately. He was super nice and made sure his crew took great care of us. In and out within 15 for a patch.

I'm from out of town and had a blowout on my trailer in the middle of I-30. Once I got pulled over I looked around and saw Williams Tire and Service across the service road. I limped to a nearby parking lot and walked to Williams tire. I was greeted with a smile, and when I explained my delima, they immediately picked up a jack and impact wrench and said show me where your trailer is. They pulled off the flat, carried it back to the shop, installed a new tire, took it back and remounted it. I was so impressed that I drove to the store and had the other tire replaced as well. Within 30 minutes my disaster was fixed and I was on my way. If you live within driving distance of Benton, you would be crazy to shop anywhere else for your tire and service needs.
